Our product, in the Comune of Santa Domenica Vittoria location Pizzoleo, is exclusively hazelnut fruit.

The hazelnut trees, implanted in the second half of the 19° Century, cover a surface of about Ha 32, and are located on the slopes of a hill, looking eastward, at altitudes between 1000 meters and 1100 meters above sea level. The upper part of the field, northside, is protected by higher mountains, while the lower part is limited by the Roccella river; from the main building of the farm one can enjoy the splendid sightseeing of the large valley.

The altitude and the climate contribute to obtain a fruit of excellent quality, even without pesticide treatment, not all owed by the criteria of the biological agricolture.

The fruits are presently marketed via commercial firms of this sector.
