The project 

The general project,of which are parts the above mentioned apartments belonging to us, has been approved by all the concerned authorities.

The project consists of buildings, roads, infrastructures,parking areas and public gardens.

The commercial center

It is a pyramidal multistage building, consisting of:
- an underground floor, to be utilized as warehouse,
- a partial underground floor, the ground floor, and the
  first floor, to be utilized as commercial area,
- the second and the third floors to be utilized as offices,
- an underground parking.

The total gross surface, excluding the underground parking, shall be 15.000 m2 about.

The apartments belonging to our family group are:

- n.2 apartments set in row having a ground floor, a first 
 floor and a small top floor with terrace, for a total surface 
 of 120 m2 each;

- n.2 apartments set in row having a ground floor, a first 
 floor and a small top floor with terrace, for a total surface 
 of 100 m2 each.

A portion of land has been reserved for individual apartments, having a surface of 200 m2 about, that have not yet been realized, in order to leave to the individual buyers the choice of the detailed project. 

Status of the project

The apartments set in row belonging to our family group have been completed, apart from minor details, and are now ready to be utilized.

The related infrastructures, roads, sewers, water network, gas network, electrical network and telefonic system have been completed and are now in operation.

For the commercial center proposals and/or offers are awaited from real estate companies interested to the venture, in order to subsequently carry out the related project according to guide lines that shall come out from the relevant negotiation.

The implementation program shall be based on a time schedule of 18 months about.
