Who we are

We are the direct owners of the land where the presented venture shall be implemented.

The territory

The territory is the ample valley of the Timeto river, mainly located within the limits of the "Comune di Patti", but which is surrounded by the "Comuni di Montagnareale, Librizzi and San Piero Patti".

On the background the Patti Bay, with the Tindari promontory and the Milazzo peninsula.

The place

The place is located in between the "Comuni di Patti and Montagnareale", along the department road Patti-San Piero Patti-Randazzo, 5 km about from Patti, on the slopes of the hills that stand on the south-west side of the Timeto river valley.

From the place one can enjoy the beautiful sightseeing of the valley, with Tindari and Milazzo on the background.

The place is part of the farm "Annunziata".

The project

The project consists of 3 country-houses, to be obtained from the restauration of existing old buildings, having each a surface of 110 mq about, and provided each with 5000 mq about of rural land, with olive trees and oack trees.

The project provides for a common road connecting the 3 country-houses to the department road "Patti-San Piero Patti", as well as services systems, such as seweer, water main, electrical and telephone, connected to the public networks.

Status of the project

The 3 country-houses are provided with the required authorization and therefore the related projects are ready to be implemented.

Whom we are addressing to

We are addressing to people interested to buy a parcel of land, where an old building exists, with the possibility of restoring it on the basis of the authorized project, but having the possibility to adjust it according to personal requirements and preferences.
