Cuturi is the name of the land located along the main road S.S.113 at a distance of 1 km about from Patti, toward Messina The place of the estate venture is a sloped ground having an elevation of about 100 mt. above sea level; from this area one can admire the beautiful plain of Patti, where oranges, lemons, olives and vines are grown, and can see the Patti gulf, where the Pietra di Patti stands out at 1 km about from the coast, and whose border line is constituted by the splendid chain of the Eolian Islands. The place, where wheat and pot herbs used to be grown, was a part of the family farm originally extended from the sea up to the hills standing upstairs of the main road. The place is a part of a bigger area that the Patti municipality plan has devoted for people residence: it will therefore have the characteristics of a residential district, provided with open green spaces, with a splendid view, and with all services available. The place is well connected, and is distant 1 km from Patti, 1 km from the beach, 2 km from the motorway gate and 1 km from the railway station.
