Whom we are addressing to

For the residential area we are addressing to direct buyers interested to apartments of the project to be utilized both as permanent residence, or as holidey residence. 
We are in the position to present convenient financing procedures.

For the commercial center we are addressing to investors in the estate field that are interested to this type and dimension of venture. 
We expect notes of interest complete with company presentation and technical, economical and contractual references. 
The technical documents of the project shall be supplied to investors having adequate references. 
In the quality of owner of the ground, as well as regular holder of the project, we are interested to sell both the ground and the project, with a price agreement to be based on: 
- a lumpsum price in cash, or 
- an exchange for part of the erected and completed commercial center, or 
- a combination of the two above elements.
